Gravita, Tanzania is battery recycling facilities situated at Zegereni, 56 Kms from Dar es salaam. We have scrap battery dismantling and lead smelting processing unit in Tanzania. Ours is the first EPZA recycler in Tanzania and first export oriented metal recycling plant in Tanzania.

This plant was set in 2018 safe and environment-friendly recycling process. We are producing unrefined lead in Tanzania and supplying to our Indian plants. We are also exporting unrefined lead to US and Europe market for radiation shielding applications and for construction applications.

Poly propylene is also one of products which we convert to washed chips and export to US, South East Asia market.

Recently we have set up Aluminium recycling facilities also and exporting Aluminium to India, China, South East Asia and Middle East market.

The present recycling capacity of this unit is close to 7000 Mt per year.
