Gravita Group is among top most recycling companies across the globe and this order will help company to strengthen its top line and bottom line in coming FY 2018-19. The said order will be executed during 2018.
Further the said order is from independent domestic party and the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity providing the said order neither this order will fall under Related Party Transaction.
